A1 Telescope Transformation Coefficients
The following is transformation coefficients calculated for the A1 telescope on 1 March 2025. This data is kindly provided by the A1 user, Michael Freeberg.
The first set of images was taken using filters U, B, and V. There were 5 images for each filter at 30 seconds each.The remaining 5 sets of images were taken over 4 nights using all 5 filters: U, B, V, I, and R. There were 5 images for each filter at 30 seconds each. Airmass was typically around 1.1-1.2. Each set of 5 images per filter were stacked in VPHOT and instrumental magnitude file was created. AAVSO Transform Generator was used to create the transform coefficients for each image set which were then averaged to create the final transform coefficients.
